supported? Yes. ZipFiler has been tested
with XP (Home and Professional editions).
Since only the latest components were used during development, you can
be assured that your copy will perform efficiently on these platforms. I’m running
Windows XP. Why doesn’t my scheduled
backup fire? Windows XP and Windows
2000 - local user accounts that are running scheduled tasks must have a
password for their account. For users
that are upgrading from Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, or Windows Me,
previously-scheduled tasks may not run until the user that was scheduling
tasks creates a password for his or her account, and then specifies the
account information in each task. For

Article – 311119. Why isn't Windows
95 supported? Several versions of Windows have been released since Windows 95 (98,
ME, 2000, XP). In fact, on November 30, 2001 Microsoft
stopped supporting Windows 95. Although we have found no
problems while running on this platform, we felt that our efforts were better
spent ensuring stable and efficient performance on later releases of the
Windows operating systems. What about future
updates/versions? If you are a registered ZipFiler user, you will receive all future
updates and releases free – forever! I lost my
registration information. Can you send
it to me again? Yes. Just contact support@zipfiler.com and we will email you a new registration
key. Please ensure you include your
full name and your email address for us to validate your registration. I would rather
not use a credit card online. Can I
still place an order? Yes. We realize that some users
still have doubts about internet security.
